"I would not recommend this automotive place to anyone. The problem starts with the receptionist / the main person that you check in with. I had other places to choose from but I chose the wrong place this time. My vehicle has been there for about a week and nothing done , I feel I paid $169.00 for storage, rather than diagnostic fee. I had to constantly call to get an update, whereas online you leave your email and phone number for text of updates. I never received a call, email or text. If I didn’t call on my own , I feel the car would be still sitting there gathering dust. The front desk became a little confrontational when I didn’t understand what she was saying. My son is a college student and has been waiting on his car to be fixed, only to have me disappoint him when I said all this time has passed and no work has been done . Again I would never want anyone to experience what I have with this company, what my child a college student has had to endure through this experience with Motor Motion"
