"I would not recommend this automotive place to anyone. The problem starts with the receptionist / the main person that you check in with. I had other places to choose from but I chose the wrong place this time. My vehicle has been there for about a week and nothing done , I feel I paid $169.00 for storage, rather than diagnostic fee. I had to constantly call to get an update, whereas online you leave your email and phone number for text of updates. I never received a call, email or text. If I didn’t call on my own , I feel the car would be still sitting there gathering dust. The front desk became a little confrontational when I didn’t understand what she was saying. My son is a college student and has been waiting on his car to be fixed, only to have me disappoint him when I said all this time has passed and no work has been done . Again I would never want anyone to experience what I have with this company, what my child a college student has had to endure through this experience with Motor Motion"

So I recently revisited the shop for a diagnosis on my Camaro I had initially ran into problems with the idle as it would flare very high and also very low ultimately causing my car to stall out. Now prior to all this I had replaced a bad alternator myself and tried fixing the problem on my own . But there are something things you still need to come into the shop for cause you can’t fix them all by yourself 😂 so back to the story . There were a bunch of codes that were never deleted from previous history of fixes and doing my own “ test drives “ along with that they cleaned up my MAF sensor and some debris around it. I told them to use all electronics while driving and to kindly drive my car like a bat out of hell . Just so I get the reassurance. And everything seemed fine to them took the car back after the weekend was over. Tina , you never disappoint and I’m holding you on your word about that grace period 🤝🏼. Thanks team .
